Please join us for our inaugural homecoming event! Come tailgate with us at the McCarty Student Center, October 28th. Saturday’s tailgate will include food, lawn games, and kids activities. Stay and worship with us Sunday, October 29th at the University Church of Christ. Whether you’re a current or past Bobcat we’d love to see you! 

*Tailgate tickets will cover the cost of food supplies. Additional donations collected will be used toward the completion of an ADA accessible sidewalk at the McCarty Student Center.

Who is this event for?

We know our organization has held many names – Christians on Campus, Bobcats for Christ, etc. If you are currently or have ever been a part of the University Church of Christ/McCarty Student Center this event is for you and your family!

How do I register?

You can register and pay for your tickets at the bottom of this page. The deadline to register is October 11, 2023.

How much does it cost? 

You can “build your own package” when registering that includes the following options:

• Gameday tickets vs. Troy – $15 for 3 years old and up
• Tailgating tickets – $10 for adults, $3 for kids (2-12)
• T-shirts – $15
• Optional donation towards McCarty renovations

What does the shirt look like?

Will the game be televised?

We hope to be able to show the football game at the McCarty Student Center to fans that are not able to go in person. The schedule has not been released in full but early weeks are scheduled to air on ESPN+. We will update this section as information becomes available.

Where should I park?

There will be no parking available at the McCarty Student Center. Instead, a shuttle will be provided Saturday leaving from the University Church of Christ building for both the tailgating and game. If you plan to park on campus expect crowds as well as parking fees.

A block of rooms has been reserved for our event. When making your reservation don’t forget to ask for the Bobcat for Christ group rate. Reservations include free on-site parking and complimentary breakfast.

What if I have food allergies?

Gluten-free and dairy-free options will be available.

Do I need to bring a chair?

Tables and chairs will be available inside and outside the facility. You also have the option of bringing your own lawn chair.

Are bags allowed in the TXST stadium?
